Terms and Conditions for Printmaking Workshop at Frankenstein Press Ltd.

Booking and Payment

1.1 By making a booking for the printmaking workshop at Frankenstein Press Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 To secure your place in the workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made through the website.

Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 If you wish to cancel your workshop booking, please notify us in writing at least 48hrs prior to the workshop date for an individual booking or up to 7 days before for group bookings.  A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within this period.

2.2 For cancellations made during the same day of the workshop a refund will not be issued. However, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date for you to attend the workshop.

2.3 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to attend the rescheduled workshop or receive a full refund.

Liability and Responsibility

3.1 While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and security of our participants, Frankenstein Press Ltd will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop.

3.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment brought to the workshop. Frankenstein Press Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Workshop Conduct and Participation

4.1 Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the workshop facilitators and other participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

4.2 All workshop materials and intellectual property provided by Frankenstein Press Ltd. are for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the workshop, including but not limited to designs, techniques, and instructions, remain the sole property of Frankenstein Press Ltd. Participants may not use, reproduce, or share such intellectual property without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By proceeding with the workshop booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
