“Urraca”, Spanish for Magpie, is an original reduction linocut print. Hand carved and printed using an etching press from the late 1800s in my studio in South Bristol. It’s printed on off white archival paper. Limited edition of 13 copies, signed and numbered.

The print size is 24cm W x 24.7cm H, including the white margin.

About the Artist

Anna is a Spanish-born artist and designer based in Bristol, specialising in analogue illustration and print for fashion. Her work has appeared on a wide range of projects from apparel to wine labels, each project bringing her distinctive storytelling approach to life and inspired by symbols, dreams and myths. She is particularly drawn to the simplicity and power of working in black and white, the play between opposites where balance emerges from the contrast, and each element enhances the other.
